Mwahaha, little did you know that the statement has completely nothing to do with his question

I don't think he cares so much about the ultimate weapon. Just wondering what's the speed and all

Some desktops use mobile processors.

E7200 series is an entry level server chipset designed for pentium 4 computers. It is outdated and does not even support C2D or C2Xeon chips.

See link comparing it to the new chipsets

2 gigs of memory

how fast it was.
on newegg the E6600 was at 2.4
and the 2.93 extream is as X6800.
so what is the E7200?
If it was a desktop, shouldn't the HD be at least 320? or 250?

Lol my bad, I started writing and couldn't think of much positive at the moment. Either the commercial stated the chipset model and called it a processor, which wouldn't surprise me.
Or could it have been a commercial where there was a laptop and a desktop and you just heard the laptop specs?

Edit:

Not really, if it's a budget one, which it seems by what he posted, they try to cut corners everywhere possible for savings. Our local computer shop was trying to sell a computer that was 'state of the art' to an elderly person that was not technically inclined that had a 40gb hd and a Pentium D...

Thats what I love advertising, give me a few 20 dollar bills and I bet I could get at least 3 people to talk about how great this P3 runs Vista with only 64mb of ram

It is not even a processor. But if you want an entry level Server, running a P4D at best, it may be right up your ally. Guess QVC can still sell 3 year old technology to people with a few great reviews from select customers.
