Whose idea was it to put a ceiling fan in the side of a computer case? Accident?

I'm still buying this even though everyone pretty much thinks it's retarded. Anyway, any mod idea's? I need to make some exhaust on it, I know that. I figure a high cfm 120mm exhaust on top, and maybe in the pci slot area since I never use pci anyway. I you will all probably think this is retarded as well, but I was thinking for the rest of the exhaust situation I would find a Suburu Legacy hood scoop from somewhere (I work at a garage) like the one in the pic, and mod it into the side opposite the back. Now I'm contemplating paint scheme. I know I want flat black inners, but I'm torn between gloss white, I mean WHITE, or something maybe like a nice deep metallic burgundy, I don't know. I'll have to do some p-chop to see what my options are. I think Gloss white with flat black inners would make the case look a little more clean, and maybe even kinda remind me of a stormtrooper, or that first scene in Star Wars. I don't know what colour to go with for the lighting either, I was thinking red or blue, but not blasting bright, just a subtle glow so you can see my components. I don't know, any other idea's? What do you think of the Legacy hood scoop idea? I chose the Legacy scoop beause of it's low and sleek profile, not big and "gawdy".

I know the pic is kinda carp, but it's all I could find in a pinch.

Interesting idea on the hood scoop for an exhaust vent. Have you thought of how you'd rig it up to fans? what about a brake cooling inlet, as those already exist on the sides of vehicles, while a scoop comes from the top. I've always thought the black/white paint combination is fantastic and very classy looking, especially if you are adding an actual "color" with LEDs.
It's about time!

Well, I just figured the air would be pushed around the motherboard, and then be pushed out the vent by the front fan. If you look at neweggs pics of the side opposite the fan, the front fans "tunnel" pushes air behind the motherboard towards the rear of the case. Looks like I will also need to remove the HDD cage as well as it almost totally obstructs the air flow of the front intake.
