artic feezer pro7 is the t-p as good as as5,and is it variable speed can i hook up a fan controller to adj. speed

get AS5, or MX-1. and all fans can be controlled by a fancontroller in some way.
if it's a 4-pin PWM connector, and you have a controller that supports only 3 pin fans, try to short the +12v and the PWM wire. this will make the fan go at full RPS (according to what i once read) thus gives you the ability to reduce fanspeed by reducing voltage.

EDIT: if you have room for it, the GeminII is just as cheap and performs better. you already seem to have enough fans, since you have 8 of them in your case.

EDIT2: NVM, i see you already have AF7. and didnt it have MX-1 pre-applied? if so, just leave it on. (if it is too much though, remove a little bit)
