oc'ing a 7950gt

why when i oc'd my 7950gt's from 600/1.60 to 665/1.67 my 3dmark06 score went down from 8353 to 8135?

3dmark is a good stress test on your hardware...i have 2 7950gt's aswell and when i overclock my gfx core, my cpu does not seem to keep up...that may be your problem aswell

so maybe i should oc my cpu a lil more, although i do need to get n aftermarket cooler for it.

well if you are interested in an ultra tec cooler i have one for sale 40 dollar you pay shipping, compatible with am2 939 and 775 socket

you could use ati tool scan for artifacts
