****!

How much does that thing weigh!?

What are your temps with that thing.

does it fit SKT 939? / SKT A (doubt it )

Hey Skull.

in your review, you said that it would have been nicer if the cooler had 2 120MM fans.

Arent those 120mms?

yes 939 compatible. by itself, it weighs more than big typhoon, 9500, etc. then add the 2 120mm fan weights.

oh man.

I just read this - they tested it on a pentium extreme 995, and with better fans.
And really (though those chips are reputed as being EXTREMely hot) I'm falling short of impressed...

Pretty nice on Stock MHz.

Oc'd IS TOO high though!

I didnt even let my T-bird 1.3GHz (hotheatd) get that hot.

Mind you, it prolly wouldnt crash at that temp like I see some 2600+s for eg do... but

Still, that IS hot..

The effectiveness of a heatsink does not solely depend on its size or material (aluminum/copper). People have to realize that even a cheap heatsink can be effective if it has adequet case cooling. Some people only have like one outlet fan and complain at how hot their temps are. Of course it is hot because theres no airflow coming in. If it's still hot with 2 or more fans then lower the room temp by upping the ac. Easiest way to lower temps

you have to realize, they used slow fans, the fastest they used was 785rpm. how good do you think thats gonna cool? im using 2 2400rpm 69cfm, its all depending on case airflow, case temps, and the fans speed/cfm. if you put it in a case with little airflow warm temps and slow fans you GONNA get bad temps, same as cheaper smaller ones
