Rough estimatimation on the 12v rail requirements. This is the only rail that really can get overloaded (unless you happen to have a dozen of HDs or a dozen of DIMMs):

E4300 = 65w on 12v (80w overclocked)
80GB HD = 6w on 12v
DVD-RW = ~20w of 12v
7100 GS = ~35w on 12v
Fan = 5w each on the 12v
motherboard < 50w on 12v

Your overclocked system should use around 190w on the 12v rail. This is when everything is running all at once. Therefore you need at least 16A on the 12v rail. So with your 17A, you are ok but starting to push the PSU to its limits.

So, if I started to look for a 450W-500W with price sub $100, what would you recommend?
