is there any bios i can flash to it that has higher volts? i cant go over the stock clocks without artifacts

I dont think its that easy. If you cant OC it can also be caused by heat. What does Atitool say?

atitool i put it on find max core, as soon as it starts i see artifacts on the 3d, but the tool isnt noticing and keeps going. same for memory. i adjusted the fan properties so it will try to keep it at 65c, at hasent went over 72c since

X850XT overclocking is hit or miss. Mine won't overclock much, if at all. The highest I could get it to is PE speeds, and it would lock up after that.

Does it say this on the back of the card itself? Usually there is a sticker on the back of the card stating if it is an OEM built by ati card, or a sapphire, msi, asus etc.
