Thanks guys. I think I have got it figured out now. Hey Fred did you see the pic of the acrylic top. I have been slowly and cautiosly working on it for a month now. It's not much to look at now, cuz the plastic is still on it, and I need to smooth the edges some more, but it is progressing. I hope by next month I'll be up and running. I have to change the LED's in my PSU from blue to red next, and maybe mod the modular plugs from straight to a right angle so they clear the rad.

Keep your res at the highest point with the pump under it at the lowest point...I run mine res-pump-rad-cpu-any other blocks...That way the coolest coolant hits the CPU first...
