I should have made myself more clear ,, it whines with high load on 12V or low load on 5V it was a problem for both decathlon and Olympia resulting from one fat 12V rail but it is fixed ,, don't know if newegg Stock is up to date but those issues are history

thank you so much guys, so basically Silverstone Olympia 650W is a good one and signle rail (whatever that means).
how do i install it? becuase if its literally physically taking out the old one and placing this one, then i might struggle as i never done that before on power supplies

It'll be OK. Just take out your old power supply by carefully removing any and all connectors. Then unscrew it from the back of your case. Don't worry about keeping track of the connectors as you disconnect them the Silverstone should have a detailed booklet that shows all the connectors you have and where they go. SO just stick it in, hook it up and you're good to go.

Your PSU is the 750F It is Modular and quad 12V rail , great PSU for the money but not as good as my Zeus
