Thanks for the SATA drive tip, I'll look into that.

Regarding the q6600, it depends on when I'm going to order the parts, wait until after camps or not. If the prices drop by then, then I'll definately get the q6600.

maybe he needs 2tb to store some massife amount of movie or mp3's ... if i where to transfer all my mp3 cd's on my hard drives i would need close to 2.5tb with my movies.. also... and if he dont play the latest games his gts 640mgb can cut it.. but it depend

I think I'll go for the Asus P5B Deluxe instead I probably will never end up SLIing and now I pretty much have my setup. Hopefully I can build it soon.
