Try upping the vcore a bit if memtest passes. Vista made me use a little more voltage for the same oc that I had in windows. Sorry dont know what programs you can get for the 64bit version. well shouldnt run a 32bit system also, you just cant use 32bit drivers right

Yes this happened to me and I also had to do a clean install of video drivers and also flashed my bios again because the meeage I was receiving related to the MB not communicating with the video care correctly. I wish I still had what the message said so I could post in case it was the same.

well mine seems to be only frequent late at night (when my temps get higher) I really need a program for monitoring my temps in x64, there MUST be one that records the proper seperate core temps C0 and C1?

loosen the timings too 5-5-5-15 and it crashed after 5minutes while playing a film, but this morning its been fine (its been off all night) it seems to be with temperatures? What could I do?

you already have a tuniq, just renstall video card drivers with new ones and see how that works out.
