So should I not use my rig until I can get a new PSU?

Could I have damaged any parts?

super-early bump. I just need to know if I will be able to safely use my computer...

I would contact Corsair, that PSU has a 5 year warranty! May want to discuss voltages with them and possibly RMA it!

No if it was working fine and just the numbers are bothering you I'm sure you haven't wrecked anything.

are the undervolting +5 and +3.3v rails something to be concerned about?

Your components will be fine.

Although your 5v+ rail is only undervolting by a small margin, its definately something I would not like to see in a new PSU. I'd double check the currents with a multimeter before requesting an RMA, just incase your BIOS and software readings are slightly off. Without a reliable flow of current, you may find that your overclocks could become hindered.

If it is fairly new that is probably normal for it but it would probably hold you back some with oc'ing.

edit: lol just read your system specs and seems oc'ing is pretty darn good so far so it is probably fine, pick up a volt meter anywhere electronics are sold and double check.

It's 2 months old.

Pretty disappointing, but maybe I'll get lucky and they'll send me a 620w. (like zero chance at all)

relax...have a look here:

Testing PSU Rails

Get a multi-meter before you do anything drastic.
