ok, im tried to run at 317 fsb with 9.5 multi and went all the way up to 1.5 vcore and still no luck, orthos fails after only 2 mins when running a blend. Htt voltage is set to 1.350 and Chipset is set to 1.650. The ram is running at 2.1 v and set it at DDR400 divider(1:1 ratio i think). Anyone have answers please!!! I dont want to RMA this board for another one

You shouldn't have to run your RAM that high if you are using a 1:1 ratio.
Mine is 6400 but i set it too 533 and OC my CPU to 270, which brings my RAM back up to 760ish and i only need 1.9 at 5-5-5-15 to keep it stable.

I didn't increase any voltages besides the RAM and CPU.

Keep the HT at 3x.

Right now I just run everything at stock voltage and its fine at 2.4

When i got my chip to 2.7ish i only had to increase the Vcore to 1.35

if its game stable does it matter if I cant get stable with orthos or occt. I can play all my games fine, everest does all of its test, and the vista performance test with no problems.

Stability can be absolute, but it's more often than not a relative thing.

What's stable to you may not be stable enough to me, you know?

As long as your system does all you ask of it without compromising itself (through data/program corruptions, crashes, etc.) and annoying you, then I guess that's stable enough.

Personally, though, speed is nothing without having stability. I'd rather have the peace of mind of having a machine that's fast enough for my needs, and is as close to absolutely stable as I can manage.

But it's all an individual matter, anyway, in my opinion...

Run Memtest or orthos...If you get errors, you need to lower it.

I used mine at a highsetting for awhile, and it was fine in games and what not for about a week, even though it was not orthos stable....But after a week, i started noticing little errors and problems popping up.

It will happen eventually, better to be safe, than to write corrupted data to your HD over time.
