this is the very limit of my budget. Which card is better,or is there a better one that's cheaper?

I'd take the XFX over the MSI. Better warranty an stuff

Yah MSI sux.. i had like 3 MSI cards and i hated them.. high temps and all. XFX is faster.

XFX over MSI any day. Especially due to their warranty. Even if you sell the XFX card, the next owner carries on the warranty, making them easier to get rid of. The MSI is OC'ed a bit, but you can OC the XFX yourself if you prefer.
