Need help – computer case

I have an old Gigabyte water cooling full case, the cooling doesn’t work any more. I replaced water cooling unit with the Scythe SCNJ-1100P Ninja but the case temp is still hot. So, I am thinking to do something on the side panel – cut a square area and install a 120mm or 250mm fan. It sounds silly a bit but what else I can do. Suggestion?

Can we assume that you have a fan pulling air in the front and pushing air out the back? It not that'd be a great place to start.

I have two fans. One is 90mm on front and another is a 120mm front on back.
