Don't go for high watts, just go for quality. 99% of the systems out there wont draw more than 300W from the wall. A 500-600W power supply is the MAX you'd ever need, but only if you had a Quad core, or SLI/Crossfire with 8800GTX/HD2900. If you're going with just a single video card solution, you could even get away with a quality 350W PSU. Look into Seasonic, FSP, Silverstone, and while they're not so quiet, Enermax. All quality manufacturers. I strongly advise to avoid a super high wattage psu, it's a waste of money, and if you go the 700W route, you'll only be stressing the thing to 20-30% of it's load, what's the point?
