How's this first overclock look?

Thread Starter
I finished my system, tossed up the timings, and have taken my first pic of it running. I don't have a camera, so it's a screenshot of cpu-z and speedfan in vista, with my oc settings.

have a look if you want...

Coretemp doesn't show voltages though.

thank you for the nod towards a secondary temp monitoring app.

here are a few screenies of my pc now... i am running xp pro instead of vista as in the my origionally posted pic above. the first pic here is my unstable oc'd memory at 1200mhz, would fail Orthos tests in approx. 8 seconds. the cpu test running shown in screenie one would pass, but any memory test died.

so I lowered my memory to 1066mhz and am very happy with the results. and so is orthos. i will run it all night tonight and see what the results are. the next few pics just show the settings of 1066mhz.

so far it sits idle at 43'C, cpu temps running at max get to 60'C - 62'C. i can happily live with these numbers. here's the benchmark scores these settings gave me...

3DMark06: 11378

i owe my success to and share it with this site, for this overclock was born here. and here's another test i ran. with such a low vcore right now, i might test this processor and see what it can really hold.
