The E6X20 versions has 4mb cache but are bad overclockers compared to others cause they lack both Tdiode and Extended Halt Power.

Also about the E6600. Be careful because the newest E6600 version SL9ZL is not as good OCer as the old E6600 SL9S8.

Btw. As it seems cache is more important than OCing potential thats why I go for E6600 that has both so you do not have to choose.

gah I just noticed now it was a 6320. Sorry.

In that case, go for one with a higher multiplier = lower FSB to achieve the same overclock on a lesser model.

About the multiplier thingie. Just rememebr that 2X300fsb is much better than 3X200 fsb. because even if both are 600mhz the fsb shows how fast all the system will work so one system will work on 300fsb and the other on 200. I am not really sure how that works I just say things I read and learn. Well still try to cut some money from other thigns and place extra funds on the CPU to go to E6600.

My personal favorite, the Noctua NH-U12, Thermalright Ultra Extreme, Tuniq Tower.
Not a big fan of Zalmans or Thermaltake, although I do hear good things about the Big Typhoon paired with a Silverstone FM-121 fan.

If you will have a system with poor airflow recycle get a heatsink that will blow the air to the back of your cpy, the heatsinks that some people call towers and they are like this http://www.thermalright.com/product_default.htm which I also recommend! If you will have good case airflow then get something liek this http://www.enzotechnology.com/cpu.htm which again I recommend. These two are supposed to be the 2 best choices. I love the first type cause it blows the heat oto the back of the case and usually on the exhaust fan. Although the other one blows on the mobo and if you have good case airflow then it will help on cooling the mobo, if not it will just blow hoit air on the mobo and give it a hard time.

Just a word of advise on the Enzotech, look for reviews that show your board working with it. I have been looking into the Ultra-X but I have heard that it is incompatible with some 680i boards. I emailed them and they replied back that because of the large Northbridge cooler and the CPU socket's proximity to the RAM slots, sometimes you need to give up a couple of RAM slots in order to fit it on there.

And thats the reason that you can;t find that monster easily around. I am sorry for not pointing out that it can't fit on every board. Thats my bad. Well if it would fit it would be great if not then if you choose that kind of cooling, which means the heatsink blowing on the mobo then make a poll.

I would go for GSkill which have great prices and verry good OCers http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231114. I mean look at the timings. 4-3-3-5! At that price. Thats what I call ram!
