please be informed that Creative offers a 1 year limited warranty on its
products, starting on the original date of purchase. Any warranty
replacement will require a valid proof of purchase - this can either be
a copy of the original invoice or receipt or a debit/credit card
statement that clearly shows the purchase and date.
Alternatively, is it possible to request a reprinted receipt from the
retailer. Any proof of purchase that is provided must include the name
of the store, the amount of the purchase, and the date of the purchase
