so he comes over and replaces mobo in our building...voila...the laptop works...
so I still think its case to case basis...your a individual buyer...he was servicing us more promptly coz we have a corporate account...story short>>>they dont give a damn about the small people (no pun intended coz ur asian)
lol, u didnt have to go there but i know what u mean. i work for a university and whenever we need service they are there within 2 business days. i purchased this system on my own account because i found a deal that was cheaper then education discount.
they have been good with replacing the battery, cdrom, etc but its been half a month and im stuck in a worse situation then i started with. i have filed a complaint with the BBB and even emailed a manager. ****ing unheard of
