nah it wasn't used i had it sitting on the table -- my table musta been real dirty waiting for my mobo to come back from rma and yes motherboard fan control is off i have it hooked up straight to the psu so it runs as fast as the tuniq controller let's it

I'd try lapping it and then maybe mess with your airflow a little..like they said make the top one an exaust possibly.

yeah i made the top one an exhaust and rear fan is exhaust also when i start it up i get bout 35-37 idle but it heats up to 40 after few mins it's strange :|

I stay at about the same ambient's because I hate cold air.

Your room temp is fine. The base of your Tuniq, however, looks nasty.

Lapping would be my first vote.

I asked earlier, did you disable bios options to make sure it's at max speeds?

it's hooked up to the psu direct so bios doesn't control the fan the tuniq fan controller does...and that's turned up on HI -- my bios doesn't have anything to turn off fan controller my rear exhaust fan is hooked up to the motherboard and that is controlled by the motherboard i don't know of any way to turn that off it allows me to set the fan to run at 87.5% when the cpu reaches 40C but i have that disabled also so the rear exhaust fan is running at usually 1900-2000 rpm's according to the bios

my cpu runs hot too but thats because of a peice of crud heatsink and case fan... My CPU temps are normally 65 C
