Folding Team name question.

Just something I need to know. Once a team is established you then change your folding name to the Team name right ?

So for instance my folding name is ENTERPRISE1701 I would then change it to PS3 Cell once the team is up yes ?

Im new to the whole team thing.

If the folder(s) you have are only getting committed to a "Team" no change is needed.
Additional nonTeam folders would have to be under a different name.

Well there going to be folding for my sub team PS3 cell under 37726. So that means no change is needed then right ?

Its so simple yet I find it confusing lol.

Right so let me put it this way. All the cores folding for the team can still fold under there current names ?

I know what hes trying to say because I have the same question. Hes trying to say does he still fold under his own name. Once he joins a team, can he himself still gather points and climb up the ladder.

Well its more to the point that. Once the team is up do I change my folding name to ''PS3 Cell'' and do the others also ?

Im sure duke summed it all up but Im obviously not seeing it because im blond lol

If you would like the points from your PS3 to count for the team, but, not the rest of your folding points then change the PS3 name to anything other than what you are currently folding under. (Like EnterprisePS3 or something) The idea would be to separate those points. You don't need to share a name with your folding team other than the team name in your sig.

Is that what your asking?

Right so if I wanted all my folding points and WU to go to my team I change my PC/PS3 to my Team name ? Makes sense to me.
No. Just post your folding name/names in your team thread. Nothing else is needed. The points are easy to track. (That would make it easier if you want to do it though.)
