Well it was working fine, I then took out my x1800 and my dfi chipset cooler and replaced with my 7600 and my evercool chipset cooler, plugged the computer back in switched the switch on, I get the orange light on the mobo which I think means theres power, but when I press the power button nothing at all happens?

Yea, but it does not mean it's connected in the good place. Otherwise take something like a screwdriver and connect the + and the - of teh PWER.

Could it be something to do with these little connectors that fell out when I was fitting the new card? power sw, hdd led, +p led, -+ led. If it isnt anything to do with them i'll go see if it will boot up if I put the old card back in.
