Yes it's sufficient as long as it has sturdy 12volt rails, however I would go to a 500watt power supply to be safe and to allow future upgrades.

yea dual 18z rails at 12v i think, im not worried about upgrading as long as it can handle the setup above then it would be fine

A 400W Silverstone will easily handle that system.
