Thread Starter
my second 680i evga motherboard is DOA.
i'm tired of evga and this doa stuff.
(ran fine for 10 minutes, restart, dead)

i am 2 days at this point past the 30 day limit for returns at newegg.
they are closed saturday, sunday, will reopen monday.

has anyone had any luck with returns 1-3 days past allowment?

i want to rma the board with newegg, i don't even want my money
back just credit to my account so i cant buy a different mobo.
i've spent well over 4 thousand with newegg in the past year,
you think they'll be cool?

It depends on who picks up the phone at customer service. Most likely it will be fine, but if anyone gives you trouble, ask for supervisors.

New egg usually works good with you if you are polite to teh customer service rep. If they dont want to help you then ask for the supervisor but remember being polite usually helps in getting them to hook you up.
