For the sake of giving a simple answer, I'd go with the core temperatures myself.

well my core temp is mid 60's in everest. so i guess i should not oc it anymore. my cpu temp is about 47 thou.

Conventional wisdom would say that mid-60s is right at the limit.

well i install a new hs/fan a thermaltake silent boost and used soe as5,a nd my temp are still hig, i also added a new 120mm fan. Damn what else can i do.

and so on the stablity test in everest, the top graph is cpu temp, i should not go buy that one. On the task bar (going from left to right there are temps) first one is mobo, second is cpu, third is core. I should go with core reading?
