New Parts

My Thermaltake Purepower 430W just went out and since I'm not all that good at shopping i was wondering on suggestions for a new one. My old one only had 18A on the +12 but just before it died it was showing 7.5v on the +12v and the +5v was only showing 3v so either it was in the process of dying or i need more power, just enough to run a 7600GS and a high clocked P4 with a bunch of fans.

I also need an opinion on a new mobo with lots of fun BIOS options to replace the one in my rig and some RAM to match since I still haven't switched to DDR2 yet.

I have a budget of $250-$350 including shipping, but PSU is priority 1. Thanks.

I found this so far but I'm not sure if my CPU is compatible with the mobo.

Both are 775 socket but I wasn't sure if you could stick a 800Mhz FSB CPU in a 1333/1066 rated FSB mobo.
