I need to know a way to lock and password restricted files on my computer to not allow access to them from anyone but myself only.

Any programs or anything out there i can use?

I know you can use AxCrypt or WinCry... Haven't really used any of these programs though... Trail and error I guess

Are they MS Office products?? I know you can password protect them. Off the top of my head I can't remember how, but it would be easy enough to figure out. Just hit up the help section. Protecting other stuff...not so sure.

If you don't want anyone to see what programs/files you are using just make that family member or w/e another profile there is a setting somewhere there

yeah, when you make another account, you can set yours to private so no other users can see or access your stuff in "My Documents"

I only want one user and thats it, i run programs in the background and i cant have people switching users on me and logging me off and so forth.

So face i;m using a program that allows me to set a password on files and so on in folders and thats doing just fine for now.

But it would be nice if there was like a security monitoring program out there so when i'm gone i know whats been accessed and used and what programs have been ran while i was away.

I did that for my old computer and both accounts had administrator access. I secretly went to safe mode and "took control" of my bro's folder through the security settings. Haha. That was a few years back though.
