FX5700LE.. what company you say?.. *sighs* Onboard!

And here I am trying to help a friend to make his PC a lil better. Unlike me he prefers spending his money on consoles and not CPU. I was checking today his PC because it was making a loud noise. Found otu it was the northbridge fan. I took it off and since I opened it I decided it to make it a bit better. His idle on the CPU was around 70+ so I felt bad (for the CPU XD) Done some lapping and remounting and its "ok" now. And BUMB! I looked to what VGA he has and.. LOL! an FX 5700 LE which has a sticker saying NVIDIA Onboard!! Well I do not know if I can OC it. I am too scared to burn it actually.. I did not check nothing. No clocks no temps (since I did not have any program on me and he doesn't have internet). The funny with my best friend is that he is a 3d Designer. Ofcourse his PC does his work for him but I never thought I would see a 3D designer with such a PC (he is actually still going to school). I need help. I will go around to look for some info in the web but I want you people tell me if I should OC it or not.

-Edit-
Aren't onboard supposed to be... on the mobo. This one is like any normal VGA card but the sticker says onboard.

Normally onboard graphics are integrated directly into the northbridge.... But i have seen other cases where OEM computers come with an aftermarket Videocard, but no label

Seems his cousin that sold him the rig robbed him for good. I am guessing its was not going along with the mobo but since she was working in HP she sould find a spare OEM and install it. I am looking around but seems his chances of making it work better are slim..
