Thread Starter
now i have absolutely no idea whats under the hood of these OCZ Gold sticks I got from a friend. took my HZ's out and put em in, upped the voltage to their recommended 2.3V and guess what? they HELD THE SAME OC AS THE HZ's? ZOMG!

Spec:
DDR 2 800 5-5-5-15 2.1V (up to 2.3V under warranty)

OC:
DDR 2 900 5-5-5-12 2.3V

attached is a screenie

edit: finally uploaded. enjoy!

these are for $63 for 2G AMIR
or $49.99 per gig

Not so impressive. I would think most RAM can OC 50mhz with conservative timings.

Ya when I bought mine it cost me $205 for those. They dropped down about a month later and are now below $70. Really doesn't make me all that happy...

EDit: my timings stock are 4-4-4-12 though. I'm too lazy to look up the current price

EDIT: haha I decided to do a yahoo search on it and every place had them for $200+ except newegg of course who has them at $45. Amazing really

gotta edit one last time: OH GAWD!
