Why such a big and expensive Rad?
Go buy a Bonnie for cheap at autozone

FrozenCPU.com is a bit expensive too

You still need tubing and coolant...I like to use 7/16x5/8" tubing you use it on 1/2" barbs and it will flow about as well as full 1/2"....You use the 7/16" on 1/2" barbs....The rest looks fine...

....http://www.petrastechshop.com/7id5odmagepu.html
7/16"x5/8" Masterkleer

Or the full 1/2"x3/4"....

....http://www.petrastechshop.com/1id3odmagepu.html
1/2x3/4" Masterkleer

Or Tygon its expensive but its good..

7/16x5/8" Tygon

I leave you a parts cleaning PDF I list out the coolant I use in it also...

EDIT: You can get that same pump without a rheo it just runs full out all the time which is where just about everyone leaves it anyway....

So if I didn't want to mess with different barbs and such, and money wasn't much of an issue, how many feet of Tygon would I need do you think? Probably the 1/2

And will a different radiator work AS well that I can attach to back of the Stacker with a radbox or something? Will the Bonnie's work similarly to 120.3? I'm going for as cool as I can get to prolong lifespan as long as possible on this quad overclock

Why dont you go with a bigger rad? the 480GTX?
I had low CMF yate loons on it before and they cooled just fine. Its not much of a price difference, and it will give you more potential OCing. Like add a GPU to your loop, putting high CMF fans on it.etc.
but honestly, i love my GTX, ive tried yate loons 27DBA fans, and now have silenX 90CMF fans on it, and there is no significant temp drop. Watercooling anyway from my experience, does give you a better OC, but not from really dropping your temps to low numbers, but rather from decreaseing the delta(difference) from your idle to load temps.Compared to air cooled.
well going off topic lol sorry
my point get a 480GTX. just incase...
i'd say mix them up, get tygon for your tight bends an masterkleer for your straight parts....masterkleer is about .65/foot and tygoon about 3.50/foot, so it will save some costs there, no need to spend for no reason.
to give you an idea, i ordered of 20ft master and 5ft of tygon.
And i used most of it, and my build is this:

Very nice rig.

Only problem is that a quad radiator isn't really the most portable thing in the world. Nor is a triple, but it's just that much more so. Plus I was thinking of back mounting the radiator with a radbox... Hopefully that vague theory works out. The tubing idea is good, I think I might do just that.

I have one of the 120x38 SilenX fans too that I heard was good for radiators (I got it long before I had any intention of WCing, but someone said it would fit on my Tuniq, and certainly doesn't), but they make my case just that much more protruding. I'm trying to make it as portable as possible and the more I add, the less portable it gets. Stacker's fully loaded are already heavy as the dickens. If at all possible I'm going to try to find some good 120x25 fans and I suppose leave this SilenX one hanging. I have about 5 other SilenX fans in my case at the moment but I doubt they're high enough CFM for a radiator.

On yet another note: does it look like my setup will require any new fittings or anything? I'm still not completely up to speed on the fitting details; I know 1/2 gives the most flow with 7/16 right behind it, but I have no idea of the compatibility between the types nor really what kind all of the components I listed even use. So I'm thinking of going 1/2" just to be safe for good flow... What do I know.

And on the topic of coolants, I was thinking some Pentosin G11 (link) and some PT_Nuke other link) are those suitable enough? Will it hinder performance any (Even though I'm sure atleast one of those is necessary)?

Sorry for the barrage of questions all the time, but I had going into anything half-****ed.

Nope, that D5 pump has 1/2ID fittings i think.
all it means the 1/2inch ID,OD and all that is:
ID=Inside dimention just the inside diameter of the tubing, and
OD= outside dim. thats all it is.

Yup that G11 is exactly what i use, and so is that PT nuke!
love the blue it makes. the ratio is 1:9 with that G!!, so every 1L of coolent, has 900ml distiled water and 100ml G11, and i used 2 drops per 500ml of coolent. I made about 4L at once, and just store it then makes it much easier.
