Got 7947 on 06?

Is this a good score for my setup i would have thought it would easily do better than that, dam frame rates drop down so much at some points, lowest is 18 fps. Also even oblivion lags at full and hits highs of 72 fps and lows of 19 fps, and even when it is at 50 fps its so jumpy just wondering wth is goin on?

Are you overclocked? Most people here push 9 and 10k in 06 because they are CPU OC'd and GPU OC'd, which I doubt you are.

In addition, the newest drivers for your GTS may help out a bit.

Nah i havent overclocked anything as yet, but i have the 158.45 beta drivers which are the newest, and usually i see people hitting about 11k or more when overclocked with my system

Exactly. People OC most 6600's here to 3.2-3.6Ghz and most GTS's to 600-625 on the core and 1800-2000 on the memory. That's where you're losing out.

In addition, go into your display settings, then advanced settings where your GPU driver settings are. Then go to Image Quality and then set it to high performance instead of high quality or anything else (does NOTHING to quality, trust me), you'll gain 200-300 points for sure!
