I've got the following from Alphacool...

NexXxoS XP CPU block

NexXxoS Xtreme II Radiator (although I have rev.1 I think)

AP700 12v Centrifugal Pump.

...all my stuff seems fine to me and pretty good value too. As usual, you can always find better, but I've had no problems so far. I'm always looking to upgrade, but the Alphacool stuff is fine for the price. The deal you're looking at getting sounds like a good one to me, as the stuff I listed above comes to £80 alone, plus shipping! You might want to consider a slightly more powerful pump in the future, but 600 l/h should suffice for the mean time.

Thanks man

He is giving me the 2 pumps.

A 600 and a 1000 (For dual loops)

Whats the idle/load temps for your E6600?

Last thing - Any pictures of the loop running?

Cheers

Two pumps would be good. It sounds like a very good deal indeed .

I just took some pics for you. They're not great, but I had to take them at an awkward angle, due to where my case is and the fact that I really didn't want to move it ( it weighs lots ). I also ran ORTHOS for 10 minutes or so for you to show you a full load temp. It doesn't really go up much (if at all) from there (53°C) using ORTHOS. Sadly my stepping is not good, so I really have to pump the volts (1.44v) just to get 3GHz stable ... Hence it not being a sub-50°C CPU temp atm, which it was earlier in the year (although the cores are sub-50°C). Also, I'm using my old CPU block housing/retention parts in the pic as I already had it set up and it works fine with the Alphacool block, otherwise I'd of been using the Alphacool bits . Oh, and it idles at around 36°C, depending on ambient temps.

Hope this helps you.

Before I give him the go ahead.

Would all the kit except the Rad (Which i will put on top of the case) fit in my Soprano?

Ah, now that is something I don't know, sorry . It's all pretty "standard" sized stuff, so, maybe, but I don't know the dimensions of the case in question, or what else you've got in it, so it's tough to make a worthwhile guess.

Anyway, even if you didn't end up using the kit at all, £70.00 shipped for all that is a great deal, even if it is used. You could probably sell it on eBay for more than that, without too much difficulty I would of thought .

Good luck with whatever you decided to do .
