press the printscreen button and paste in MS paint...

anyway, did you disable all CPU options, they often interfere with your OC.
what are your voltages? you cant go far on "auto".
what are your idle and load temps?

make sure you set your RAM as slow as possible while overclocking your CPU, it might be what's limiting you, since its only PC2-5400. set the timings to 5-5-5-15 too. it gives you a little more headroom.

Just print screen, then paste shot into "paint" under accessories. Save that file as a jpeg. You might have to mess with pixel size because this site only accepts up to 1600 x 1200 I think. Anyways, then you just attach the jpeg file you saved to your post. This gives you a thumbnail. If you save your picture to a hosting site like Image Shack, you can add the URL of your picture into your post and the full picture will display and not just a thumbnail at the bottom.

The easiest way to take a screenshot with CPU-z is when you are on the tab you want a screen off (CPU,RAM,SPD etc.) press F5.

It will save a screenshot in the CPU-z Directory

Goto www.Imageshack.us and upload the image then post the image link here with the

Here are two threads( thread Thread) on overclocking your motherboard you have to read! More importantly, your CPUZ screen shows your CPU running at a x6 multiplier and not the x9 it is defaulted to. I've set mine to x8 when running the DDR2 800 ram 1:1 with 400FSB. But since you dont have DDR2 800 ram, I dont know if you will benefit from that. Definately check out the thread. They even use your motherboard bios for demonstration purposes!

It does that because you have speedstep enabled in your bios. If you look at the second thread (I edited the previous post and now there are two threads) it shows you all the things you need to disable in the bios menu. Speedstep throttles down your CPU to save power when you are not doing anything CPU intensive. This is the same thing laptops do to maximize battery power.

Yes, it's correct. It shows the default speeds for the processor, as well as the current speeds.
