OC possible with my rig? (stock cooling + casefans)

I have never thought id ever over clock... but as i have an OC rig (aparently) i thought id ask ad have a go

TBH i think its impossible with my lame stock fans and a few case fans...
What you guys think?

you can OC, just not as high as with aftermarket cooling.

thats different for everyone. try not to go over 60*C Loaded.
