actually those round cables are harder to work with.
the corsair only has these 3 cables sleeved:
19" cable for main 20+4-pin ATX connector
19" cable for 4x12V EPS12V
19" cable for 2x12V AUX12V

The rest of the modular cables are flat. if you bend them, they will hold their shape. round cables will not hold shape, they just straighten right back out. i will admit they do look better then the flat cables, especially on that psu you showed the link too. but at the same time flat cables would be easier to hide under the mobo or anywhere else you want hide them.
