I would try to keep the FSB : DRAM ratio at 1:1 (usually the lowest setting in the bios). Keep increasing the FSB in 5 to 10MHz increments until Orthos is no longer stable (time varies, some people test for 30 minutes, others test each setting for 8 hours). If Orthos fails, try upping the vcore voltage by an increment or two.

Keep your temperatures in mind (I use CoreTemp), and try to keep in under 60C at load. Also, don't go ridiculously high on your vcore voltages, ~1.5v should be the maximum you'd want to go. I've heard people say they run higher, but this may come at the shortened lifespan of your processor.

push to 1500 FSB
#1, watch for the load temps, right now "IF" you're at 45c and idle? That's a bit too much IMO.

#2, get a Tuniq Tower 120 and push the FSB to 334 (in nForce #s that's 1200fsb) and keep the RAM at around DDR2 835 for a 4:5 ratio.

#3, the timings could be a little better, like 5-4-4-9 or 4-4-4-12. If those are the 5-5-5- rated, try a 5-4-4- and 2.20v for the 4:5 ratio.

But remember, the stock cooler unfortunately is not the greatest for overclocking on air.

You overclocked in windows then. Restart your computer and enter your BIOS (usually delete). Overclock from there. But you might want to read up on what the settings mean, and learn how to set them properly. I'd help you out a little more, but I'm getting tired...and I've never dealt with DDR2 or Core2Duo yet, so I'm not really much help there. Good luck overclocking though.

Dont use Ai Boost

You should always OC from the Bios.
Read the manual, look through the bios by pressing DEL on start up. Try to understand what each setting will do if changed.
search for threads on OCN about overclocking in the intel section
After you have done this then try to OC your computer.
But remember to watch your temps.
Download coretemp and do not go over 60C try to stay under 55c
