Weird Graphical Display

Thread Starter
You've guys known me already as I built my last computer with help from here, however I went to New York City, and on my cousins computer (he has a dell dimension 2100) his Radeon 128 mb 9250 is really graphically glitchy, its hard to explain so I took pictures with my camera phone, I've tried changing the jumper to PAL and NTSC and back and forth and still no help, changed cables, changed monitors, changed almost every thing, I even changed the PCI slot 1 slot down and up, still nothing, the board has a AGP slot however my cousin made a mistake and bought PCI slot one... any idea's?

Please I need help... My cousin wasted enough money on this already... Is there any fix out there? I've updated bios and everything.... from A03 to A09 LOL... and no fix still... I've messed with some of the bios settings however I revert everything to default...

I bet all that computer needs is a good dusting. That artifacting could easily be caused by overheating due to dust.

you tried everything, now try a hammer! LOL, did U uninstall the driver for the card and re-installing?

if its not dust, not any thing connected could it be the drivers? take it out un install bla bla bla and re install it again. if its pci and you moved it up and down the comp
gets confused sometimes.
start fresh
Just guessing here.

Also if its Pci you did uninstall the integrated first?

Well did you try the screen with a different computer? It is either the screen or the video card.
