whats the stock reference voltage for 400mhz ddr memory (corsair if that matters...)?

If there the Corsair Value selects its 2.3-2.7, if its the XMS, i believe they start at 2.75

No, stock DDR memory voltage is 2.5V. Often, the default BIOS setting is 2.6V.
