Xclio Goodpower will do fine.
Recommended by Davidhammock in his PSU thread (check the stickies in the PSU section), and inexpensive.
However, unless you build a budget rig, I would invest more in a PSU. Generally, I use a rule of thumb that the PSU is 10% to 15% of the budget. Thus, in an $1000 rig, I'd include a CPU of between $100 and $150...
Regarding the other choices:
Antec Smartpower: no thank you... I'd rather blow up my PC myself.
Rosewill would be a better choice than the Antec and the Thermaltake. Their latter models PSUs haven't been bad at all. If this is the one you're looking at, it's not a bad one at all:
Might even be my first pick (over the XCLIO) now I think about it. Just make sure to keep things cool.
