nice! i tried to hold out for the dx10 cards in laptops but couldnt stand it. i bought the alienware m5550 with a 1920 x 1200 screen and a x1400 knowing that dx cards were around the corner i did not chose the $240 upgrade cost for the 7600 go...

now i need to find a place to pick up one of these 8600M GT cards... but i dont think newegg will offer MXM cards any time soon...
good enough

How do you get it to $650, Sorry I had a different link may. They start at stock $820??

I meant if you make them a good maching and compare the spcs the asus is better. I did the research on a 1500-2k machine. Didnt see a reason for DX with a slow cpu and only 1gb.
