I dont have many wires showing, since it's all hidden behind the HDD cage

Im a total neat freak though when it comes to how clean the appearance of my case is, so if i buy a 900 then ill deffinetly be buying everything to mod it prior to buying the case, so it can be a out-of-the-box mod.

So just a drill with a different sized whole saws will do good? I dont have a dremel or nothing like that, so hopefully a whole saw will do the job

And im just talking about doing the wire hiding part and not the flipping PSU mod deal
Meh.

itslogz, you could do it the cheap way like i did. i only used a drill. and for the rubber seal where the power cables go through, i took it from a black cord. I didnt even need to glue it. as long as it has a good seal then it will work. heres a pic http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...a/100_1343.jpg

CyberDruid Thanks for the tut. i used your PSU mod which works great. i only drilled 2 other holes though. i didnt have access to all the tools you had and i didnt want to splash out on them just to drill a few holes so i used what i had. but i did go down to town to get some whole saws but they were out.
Do you have any new ideas for mods. i was thinking of moddng a fingerprint scanner into mine so i didnt need to type my passwords in. thats all i could think of, im not very imaginative lol

Flipping the PS is a good idea, not only does it get its own fresh cool air but the case air flow inst diverted to the PS and all the more for the system.
Keeping the PS cool is tops in my book, let it breath fresh air

Wow that's RED. And vry nicely done too!

That's what I think too Duke...the PSU is just making an extra low pressure zone right where you don't really want one...at the bottom lol.

You're making me go out and buy some whole saw things now.

I'm tired of cutting squares with a Dremel, it is no fun.
