Good enough PSU?

I am looking at this power supply.

Do you think it is sufficient for my system, and are the specs good (I am not a pro with power supplies)

Yes, it says it is suitable for entry level server and workstations, and it has dual +12 rails at 20 amps (a sign of a quality power supply) and positive reviews. 460 watts should be plenty for your system, and a decent price for a good PSU, I say buy it!

that probably isnt enough. it would run but you would have much headroom... for an 8800 i would look in the 600watt range

I completely disagree. Try This power consumption calculator. And read the reviews, look at the system specs given, this PSU can handle his system and it appears to be a quality piece.

I was not so much worries about having enough power.
In this article, the guy uses more stuff than me and it only takes 380 watts.

I was just hoping it was a good quality Power supply.

EDIT: After doing the estimate, it came to about 451watts (I added some extra stuff)
