Thread Starter
hi there.i've a problem right now.. before,i cud get till 2.5GHz.. that time, i was using KVR DDR2-667 512MB X2.. but when i recently added another KVR DDR2-667 512MB, i can only get 2.34GHz..can't go more..

pictures attached are my current and previous settings.. current is at 2.34GHz.. and previous was at 2.5GHz.. is it cos of my single channel RAM?
btw, i've tried changed the RAM divider to 533, still cannot..

More than 2 RAM modules can effect the OCing.
A Command of 2T is likely already been set by default, further RAM timings may require relaxing.
Have you also tried upping the memory controlers voltage along wit hte chipset voltages?

Oh, also try using either a TRFC of 105 or 127 or there about.

BIOS setting is
1.400 vcore
timing memory at 533

Your vcore fluctuates because when the CPU is put under stress, the vcore drops. This is known as vdroop.
