Yeah my opinion on the whole Page File concept is that you should definitely turn it off if you have enough ram to make up for it. The stupid Page File is used like ram except it is on your hard drive. This causes your hard drive to have to read several things at the same time and could cause games to lag. Also it is hard on you hard drive because your hard drive gets very hot from reading several things. This Page File stuff is know as "Virtual Memory" because of this. So leave it off! (If your ram is more then the highest commit charge your computer has ever hit.) For me however when I play games like BF2 and that I hit 1.8GB of memory.... when I only have 1GB of ram
so this page file makes up for the extra 800MB but it is not a good idea. That is why I am planning on buying 2x 1GB sticks.
