i have several ideas for a water cooling system. i need help on which is the best.

None of the above.

Put them in serial. By splitting loops, you are lower flow rate through whatever blocks are more restrictive.

1) Your CPU and GPU blocks will receive little flow since the NB loop is less restrictive.
2) Your NB and GPU blocks will receive little flow since the CPU loop is less restrictive.
3) Two pumps, two rads = two loops.

im concerned about temps though. wont the water heat up a decent amount before it hits the northbridge?

also how big should i make the radiator. im doing some of this custom.

then put a single 120 rad between each block, and a dual after the CPU.
