For oc'ing I was actually also thinking about the p5b-deluxe. madmax22 got his e4300 to like 4.5 ghz.

I'm deciding to go with the build below. I'm going to drop the 8800GTX for that awesome mozart tx case. Getting an 8800gts 320 instead.

I would get the following instead of what's in your list:

MoBo: Asus P5K $149.99
PSU: Corsair 520W $129.99
RAM: G.Skill DDR2 800 HK series (binned Promos, but overclocks REALLY well) $104.99

Those parts will perform better with Penryn (the 680i chipset doesn't overclock too well with Kentsfield already, so I don't expect much with Penryn either). The P5K reaches insane overclocks with the Kentsfield, and is designed with Penryn in mind (P35 chipset).
Since yuo don't plan SLI, the Corsair is more than enough as PSU.
And I like the G.Skill HK kit better than the Patriots..

Savings: $80, which obviously should go to the 8800GTS 640MB (I urge you to get at least that one...)
