BF2 Connection Issues

Thread Starter
Ok i have tried most things to try and resolve this but no matter what i try i cannot seem to solve this problem.

I've tried manually updating PB.
Turned off Firewalls
Repaired my Wirless Connection (Works fine as i can play CS fine at these times)
Even set CPU Affinity to CPU 0 just to try and see if that helped.
Several Reinstalls
Deleting BF2 Folder in My Docs

Heres a screeny, any other ideas guys?

PS im addement that my Wirless is not the problem as every other online game works perfectly when i get these BF2 errors.

BF2 seems to be real picky about connection hiccups. If your firmware is outdated, it might be getting some static or something in the modem causing BF2 to disconnect. You could also call your ISP and have them run a line test on your main line to see if you have some abnormal static.

You do know that some servers are slow and they will accuse YOU of a connection problem You will find when a server restarts a round it can display ''There is a problem with your connection '' when its actually the server which is slow.

Cheers, i just checked my Router for Firmware updates but none available

Enterprise, Shhhh!
But no it isnt this as it happens on multiple servers, i know when its the lagg from server at start or end of round. But this isn't the problem, it happens during middle of games

Any other suggestions?

Mine says that every single time the round ends and then I just start the next round. Although mine used to do that a lot...

I fixed it in the end but it was not just BF2 it was the actual phone line in our basement. My dad had to re-wire it and now it has always worked.

But it still happens now and then because you will all of a sudden read where it says who killed who that "Kicking so and so because some reason" Most of the time it is because my computer takes forever to load into a map so they think I am idling and end up kicking me

Phone lines fine as it works on every other game perfectly, even on the 360, PS2 and other PC.
My computer doesnt take an overly excessive time to load a map either and it seems to be at a certain time fram say 4-6pm till around 11pm when this happens making gaming a bit of a nightmare on BF2.

Any other suggestions people?

If its at a certain time frame then it seems your ISP maybe carrying something out on your line at those times...perhaps a synchronization.
