ok, ive never dealt with an rma for a mobo, only for a harddrive once from seagate. my p5b deluxe decided it doesnt like me anymore and quit working, i called the tech support and we worked and it still didnt work. so he transfered me to the rma department. i was on the line for 30 minutes before i lost signal (was on cell) so i call back and go straight to rma, they were closed the whole time.

do i need to fill out anything online? seagates was completly online.
