Friday's Payday - Page 2

I sprung on jriggs256's deal. He's having to part out his PC, and I'll be getting his EVGA 8800GTX KO for $515.00

Am I broke? Yep.
Am I excited? Yeah!
Will I be buying a new card anytime soon? Hopefully not

Thanks

And yeah.. I'm thinking of the present and slight future. I still play games like CS:S (my 7600GT rips it apart), but newer games like DiRT, my 7600 fails miserably at (I'm the type of guy that wants mostly all settings maxed, or close)

So with that, like you say, should meet my needs for a while.

Yea, DX9 will still be around for a while, and I don't plan on going to Vista anytime soon, so I see it as a worthy upgrade, but thats just my opinion.
